Dear colleagues,

The scientific committee of Kinepedia (ABSG in pediatric physiotherapy) invites you to submit abstracts for an e-poster presentation for the annual symposium of Kinepedia.

The symposium will be held, online, on the morning of November 20th.

Poster presentations provide the opportunity for presenting new methods and findings, and include online discussion. By presenting a poster on the annual symposium of Kinepedia, you have the opportunity to present your work to Belgian pediatric physiotherapists (mainly) and spread your findings on the clinical field. Main themes for posters presentations will then concern paediatrics and care, in a global perspective.

Be aware that only abstracts following the guidelines for abstract submission (see attached files) will be accepted.
Please note abstract submission closes on October 24th, 2021. After undergoing the reviewing process, all authors will be informed by October 29th, 2021 at latest on the formal acceptance or rejection of the submitted abstract(s).

As Kinepedia is a national group, the preferred language will be English. However, presenters have the possibility to write and present their poster in French or Dutch.

Two types of poster presentation are possible:

Scientific poster: The purpose is to communicate the results of a treatment, clinical trial, literature review or other form of scientific experimentation.

Demonstration poster: The purpose is to showcase emerging ideas, generate discussion regarding service delivery models, highlight novel techniques and technologies; and/or advocacy efforts pertaining to the care of people with childhood-onset disabilities. Demonstration Posters can be used to highlight an upcoming funded clinical study, but scientific data and analyses are more appropriate for submission as an experimental/scientific Poster.

We hope to see many of you at this annual meeting, which already promises to be of high clinical and scientific quality.
